The site is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local roofers, and those roofers pay the site for each referral. The site is not a roofing contractor, does no roofing work, makes no inspections itself and is not a party to any contract between you and a roofer. Any estimate, contract, warranty, payment or dispute about roofing work is between you and the roofer you choose.

You agree to give accurate contact details and to use the forms only to ask about your own property, or a property you manage or have permission to ask about. Don't submit someone else's details without their consent, and don't use the site to send spam or harmful code.

Cost figures, calculator results, quiz results and law summaries on the site are general information. They are not quotes, inspections or legal advice, and a roofer's written estimate is the only price that counts for your home. We try to keep the content accurate but can't promise it is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for the work, prices, conduct or advice of any roofer you hire, or for decisions you make based on its content. The text, layout and graphics belong to the site owner and may not be copied for commercial use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and we may revise them by posting a new version here.
