When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: usually your name, phone number, email, street address, town or ZIP, and notes about your roof. When you call (919) 555-0158, the call may pass through a call-routing service that logs your number, the time and the length of the call. Like most websites, the site may also record basic visit data such as pages viewed and the type of browser used.

We use your details for one purpose: to pass your request to one independent local roofer who serves your area, so that roofer can contact you about an inspection or estimate. That roofer receives your form details. We don't sell your information to anyone else, and we don't add you to mailing lists for unrelated offers.

The quiz, the cost calculator and the area check run inside your browser. What you enter in them isn't sent to us unless you also submit a form.

Once a roofer has your details, their own privacy practices apply to how they use them. You can ask us to delete the details we hold, or ask what we have on file, by calling (919) 555-0158 or writing to us through the contact page. We may update this policy, and the version on this page is the current one.
